    My husband and I celebrated our 16th anniversary there. It was 4 days early and when we stopped by to get a takeout menu my husband loved the menu. He said never mind about Saturday let's just go in now. Well they knew I wanted to wait for our anniversary but when we went in it was like they they rolled out the red carpet. It wasn't till halfway through the meal (which was excellent) that they mentioned happy anniversary and at the end of the meal they served up a most delicious desert and told us it was on the house. Our server Carol was very efficient and personable. Our visit was a very delightful and we will be going back again and again.

    As far as a local seafood joint this is actually a really good stop for a meal and a beer if you wanted. Also, a big fan of the living large mouth bass they have as a pet in the dining area.

    Food was good, portions generous, waitress excellent. I had the catfish and it was pretty good. Wife had the rib eye steak that was well cut and well marbled and she enjoyed it. Fair warning: they automatically put a seasoned sauce or a thick marinade on the steak. Not sure why. The sauce should come on the side so the purists can opt out.

    Service was slow, they got the $35.00 seafood platter wrong, big nasty aquarium for atmosphere, almost clean toilets. Not worth a $100.00 dollar bill for sure
